Storyboard: Rise Coruse
Description:
The document above is a storyboard I created for a Articulate Rise 360 course on hotel inventory management, which you can find in the E-Learning section of my portfolio.
The types of content storyboarded include: heading/paragraph blocks, image/text blocks, paragraph blocks, divider blocks, accordion interaction blocks, flashcard interaction blocks, scenario interaction blocks, numbered list blocks, interactive image blocks, button blocks, and knowledge checks.
I used a Google Slides/PPT format to storyboard. I believe this storyboard is a good example as to my level of detail in planning courses as well as my skill in technical writing.
I know storyboards are important to ensure the entire instructional design team can envision the product and that other developers can implement the project in the future if needed. Storyboards are a valuable tool in getting stakeholders on board with a project, and are valuable to the design/planning process.
